Needed to install a deck in a relatively small patio. I wanted to be able to take it out so built it out as pallets. Phil was great in helping us out -- it took him a little longer then he planned but he charged me for only the original estimate. Plus he worked into the wee hours of the night because we were on a tight timeline!
