He said he would get there by end of the week... two months later after several attempts to get him to come out, he asks if he can come take care of it when I specifically told him it needed to be finished the weekend before. After paying him, i asked when he was going to come finish, and he never did. Even after multiple follow ups and promises that he would come finish the project, he still never came. I would not recommend him.
