    Kitchen and bathroom remodel

    90% completion for 110% the contract. I had known Phil for quite a few years and always thought he was a kind and honest man. He talks a good talk and had me fooled. He started out strong and did some nice work, but slowly I kept getting every excuse in the book on why they weren't showing up. He even claimed to be out of town for a family emergency and I saw him at a local coffee shop the next day. Not trustworthy or honest. I feel taken advantage of and when I had someone finally come in to complete the work he left, it was really bad. A pocket door was installed completely cockeyed and only completely fixed by ripping apart the wall. The cabinets are hung crooked and from one side to another almost an inch different. He hired a sub to put in wood floor and the color isn't even close to matching. I was never even offered samples to choose from. I'm scared to see how many other things are gonna pop up over the next few months that are going to require a contractor to fix.
