I hired Philip Smith and Son AKA PAS contractors, to remodel my kitchen, finish half of my basement and build a deck. Philip Smith is a one man show. He hired workers from a local drug rehab. He had no insurance and he did not obtain the right permits. Smith never finished the work and damaged the structure of my house. I sued him and won my case against him in a court of law.
I would not recommend this man to anyone.
