    Build a board on Board cedar fence with a top cap
    $4,600

    Based on my experience with the team that put together my cedar board on board fence. They did not care about the quality of the work that they were putting together.

    I mentioned that the fence was going to be short after the metal posts were in and was told that they would "fix" it
    Later that day, they started putting up the sideboards and Top Cap for Fence. and as I thought. it's only 5' 8" tall. after I notice this, I had them stop work and get one of the owners over to oversee "Fix" it. The solution was to raise the clasps as high as the metal posts will allow so that they were barely on the post and then put the boards up. The only problem is now you can't put caps on the top of the metal posts because the brackets are an inch above the posts.

    They also leave a gap between my fence and the neighbor's fence so he can't let his dog out. Also, they totally missed putting concrete in one of the holes. Of course, I didn't see this until I had already written the final check, and the crew had left.

    When I found this out I called the owner. His guys were busy and it took 3 days to get someone to come back out and fix it. I was told that the owner would come out and supervise the repairs. He also said he would offer me free stain as a way to smooth things over. Never saw the owner, was not given a discount or stain as promised.

    On top of all that. They cut the irrigation wire to my sprinklers, so I had to pay a sprinkler guy to come out and find where it was cut.
