My rating is a ZERO.(Had to at least click one star for this to post) Lack of customer service. Very quick to come out for estimate and start job. FULL payment was sent 2 months ago. Since then, NO COMMUNICATION. Hawthorne will not return phone calls or reply to messages. It has been 2 months and we have not received return communication, RECEIPT OF FULL PAYMENT OR WARRANTY PAPERS. I informed Mr Hawthorne the day payment was mailed. He said he would call me once it was recieved during the week to arrange for receipt of pay and warranty papers. 2 months later and we are still calling him at both numbers around the clock.
