Mr. Boltinhouse helped my wife and I design our dream house. We came to him with a very specific idea in mind of what we wanted. However, we had purchased a peculiar shaped lot that presented unique problems. Mr. Boltinhouse, through his experiences and skills, was able to take our list of wants and mold a house plan that fits perfectly for us. We could not have asked for a more professional architect. But more importantly to us he was very personable and was ultra flexible when finding time to meet with us. Mr. Boltinhouse's rates were fair and competitive with other architects.
My wife and I could not have asked for a better experience. We would not hesitate to recommend him to any one.

Josh designed our "forever" home based on a model home we saw and loved- it was a great starting point, but we needed a lot of changes made to the original design. Josh took our messy sketch, a hodge-podge of pictures and a lot of random input and turned it into exactly what we wanted. We only had to make one tiny change to his rough draft (and it was something we hadn't mentioned to him before), that's how well he listened to our wants and needs. He was fast, detail-oriented and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our house is now in the final stages of construction, and we are so looking forward to moving in this month. My husband and I would highly recommend Josh Boltinhouse to anyone looking for an architect.
