I would definitely recommend Mr. Swinnea. He replaced my metal patio roof and repaired a portion of my shingle roof. They did an excellent job. They were very professional. The other estimates I got were a good bit more expensive. He is honest, very reasonable in what he charges.

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!!! His company replaced my roof after Hurricane Laura. Turns out, they didn’t seal the flashing on the chimney or the vents even though my contract specifically stated to do so. He never made it right. He ghosted me. Unfortunately, the leak from the flashing was in the wall behind my kitchen cabinets so it went unnoticed for over a year until I started smelling the mold. Now my house is full of mold and must be bulldozed. It will cost over $90,000 to repair the damage because everything has to be gutted. He’s blocking his insurance from settling with me. I haven’t received one penny.

Mr. Swinnea came with a contract ready to sign. Explained how he always takes care of "his" people first! Work was done by a group of men, never saw Swinnea again till time to pay. Was satisfied with the look of the roof' but weeks later we had a leak a significant leak.Called him and he said he would check and get it taken care of. Never heard from him again. Then our leak became worse. We had to put buckets in the attic to catch water. Called him again and he said he would send someone out to fix it the next week. Still no word or sight from him.

No matter how well his work is, his word on standing behind his service is not professional at all. As much as a new roof costs the roofer should stand behind his work. Would not recommend he to anyone unless you want to pay for a job with no warranty followed!

I was VERY Happy with Swinnea. Greg is your person to contact.
They were the only ones to give me an estimate and what I liked was Greg never gave up on us. We had evacuated back to Mo. and every now and then we would talk.
I had talked to several contractors during the 6 months I was gone. Not a one of them seamed interested except Greg.
When I got back we meet and he inspected our roof again and I gave him the ok. Best decision I have made in a long time.
Great efficient crew, workmanship, material, warranty and clean up was 5 star rated.
I highly recommend this company and ask for Greg.?

i called 3 companies to get estimates to replace my roof, he was the only one to return my call and they did a excellent job, very professional and super quick and did a very thorough clean up when finished. i highly recommend

He was easy to contact and bid, began, and finished the job very quickly. Will recommend and use again.

Richard installed my barn roof in 2007 and did a great job. He made a few other repairs at late as 11/2017, but now he wil not return my or my wife’s calls for a small repair job in Glenmora, la. I cannot understand why he won’t help us. Promised to come last Friday, 12/13/2019 but did not show, call or return my messages. He is the only one to work on this roof, why won’t he make these repairs. I don’t expect them to be free....

This roofer was fantastic. They did a wonderful job on our home. Thorough and great cleanup afterwards.

Terrible. I tried contacting many times to fix the roof they did but they won't respond. Avoid as much as possible!

Did an excellent job from tear off to cleanup.
Very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.
Did my asphalt roof and flat roof on a porch.
