Replaced a pressure regulator and water was shooting out the side of my house from the hot water heater because he didn't know how to adjust the water pressure. He told me to get the parts and fix it myself. He would not come back to fix it. I had to get another plumber to stop the water from coming out the side of the house. It took the other plumber 5 minutes to fix it. Matlock is very unprofessional and does a poor job. He told me he was trying to be nice when he told me to get the parts myself and fix it myself.
