    Build house

    Windows and doors get moisture cause mold window company says to many people breathing in house! Philippe will ignore you once they take your money. Stay away

    The builder runs the home owners association in Springrun Subdivision in Lowell, Indiana. they contradict themselves on the rules every chance they get. they threaten fines and liens on property if you don't follow the rule yet there are homes that are in violation.
    they have abandoned building the Springrun Subdivision. Springrun is about 10 years old and the first phase is not completed.
    don't waste your time with Philippe builders.
