Stay away from this contractor. Nick told us that he never started a new project until he completes his current project. He also told us that he would always be on the job site to make sure it was secure and the work met his high standards. None of this was true. We monitored the job on our security system and he would arrive at the job mid-day work a couple of hours and leave. Other times he would send unsupervised employees to our house. After several months of shoddy work, missed deadlines, leaving the inside of our house and furniture covered in dust, and the outside caked with cement me had enough! It got to the point where he would not answer his phone or return my calls. Over two months on a job he claimed he would complete in a couple of weeks.
The most important advice to everyone is DO NOT pay him in advance! He is always asking for more money and not showing up on the job when he promised. He never completed any phase of the project!
