Worst contractor ever used. Unprofessional performance, improper materials.
$ 10K retaining wall failed within 1 year. Related work failed in less than 6 months and caused additional damage. Owner promised to return be never did. -

Used him for an addition, he blamed everyone for his mistakes ( hears only what he want to hear ), showed up with no trade tools ( always has defective equipment when he did bring anything, jack hammer or cutting saw only ) and proceeded to try and milk the project which set us back 2 weeks. "Settled up to get rid of him" but the damage was already done..
Note: At one point we had to rent a jack hammer for him to try and move the project along. "But they still stood around"
Again: "HE HAS NO TRADE TOOLS, JUST SHOWS UP WITH SHOVELS AND SLEDGE HAMMERS AND WILL MILK YOU FOR TIME STANDING AROUND"
