I would not recommend this contractor to anyone. Their way of doing business is extremely questionable. In an effort to cut costs they hired unskilled cheap labor to construct my front and back porch. When I pointed out the poor construction, the builder had the audacity to say the jagged unfinished wood columns were “real wood” and were “supposed to have knots/imperfections.” This Woman was either incompetent or hoped I didn’t know the difference; neither case reflects well on her. During my final punch list walkthrough she seemed oblivious as to what repairs she’d signed off on. Every other line item was followed by “I didn’t see that there.” I found myself wondering just what part of the list she did pay attention to. When asked about fixing the paint—we’re still finding evidence of lazy paint jobs—she didn’t want to cooperate. My realtor had to remind her that she signed a document agreeing to such repairs.
The entire time we were met with comments about our “pickiness” on a new construction home. She kept saying that our concerns were all cosmetic and that everything was functional, therefore acceptable. I almost walked away from the transaction altogether. The builder was unprofessional and either incompetent or intellectually dishonest.

I would never recommend this company, they ripped us off. They dont comeback and make warranty repair and the owner has a nasty attitude. The pictures look good but they use sub par materials and have litigation pending on several other jobs. They still owe our company 40k for warranty work that we had to get done because they wont take our calls. We rather them make the repairs other than us having to file a complaint on a small business during the pandemic. Beware and check their work very carefully, after you give them the final payment they are hard to keep up with.
