    build a roof over hen coop which was 8 hrs labour for 2600 labor alone, over 300 an hour.
    $4,600

    Good work but way overpriced on labor.

    Kitchen, both bathrooms and plumbing.

    Phil & Placida Fairchild worked on my kitchen, both bathrooms, & did some plumbing that was badly needed. Pioneer Plumbing recommended them, when I told Mike how much trouble I was having finding a general contractor to do remodeling. Phil & Placida came over 30 minutes later and we talked about what was to be done, how much it would cost and they were hired! Throughout the remodeling, Phil & Placida were patient with me, explained what could be done, what would be done & how things would get fixed. They are good to talk to, we joked, laughed, shared stories and they worked on the trailer. They fixed my floors that had been rotted, put in showers, new plumbing and when my cabinets for my kitchen came in, they installed them.

    In fact, they told me that I didn't have to have an island in my kitchen. Which I really hate islands. But I was given a plan that I thought I had to follow & Phil told me I could have an open kitchen without having to have an island. Then he showed me how that could happen.

    When I had plumbing problems, Phil came over twice late in the night and fixed the problem. That was a godsend. I highly recommend these two great people.

    He doesn't have a license to be able to work in Oregon so he wasn't able to help us.
