After he replaced our a/ c system, we found a huge water leaking. We was trying to make the recall services, but he showed up 1 he earlier from the original time and didn’t notice us at all. Then he never answer the call .

My air conditioning went out during the hottest summer on record! One evening it was an unbelievable 110 degrees in my home!! I have insurance through American Home Shield. They contract with Phil's Heating and Air Conditioning. Phil was the best person they could have sent me! He was always on time, very friendly, professional and excellent in returning calls and texts. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered what was needed immediately, and gave a very clear timeline as to when I would see resolution. Because I needed a new heat pump, the shipping at this time was slow, but as soon as it arrived, he contacted me and had it installed within 2 days! I am a very happy customer! Thank you, Phil. I'm sure you're one of the busiest people on the planet this summer!

I called Phil at 11:45 am on Sunday June 13. . . to have him come to repair my central air. It ceased to function about 11 pm. Could not even get the courtesy of a reply. Was 85 in our home last night. Will never call him again

I have been using Phil since he took over for Bob and I couldn't be more pleased. Although I was sad to see Bob go, I knew he would find an excellent replacement as he retired and he did just that. I am a single woman on a fixed income since I am disabled, and I continue to be amazed at the fact that I have never been put into a position of having to pay any amount that is more than my monthly budget will allow. When I have had work done it has been billed, then I have been able to pay my balance in equal monthly installments until the bill is paid in full. I just want to say Thank you to Phil for living up to Bob's impeccable reputation of always going the extra mile...always. (You guys are the best!)
