    kitchen remodel, exterior paint

    I've contracted this business twice. First to tear out my kitchen tile and replace with slab granite; and second to repair dry rot around the house and paint the exterior. In both instances, Phil and his crew (one being his son) were respectful, prompt, well organized, and always cleaned up before leaving for the day. I would absolutely recommend Philson Builders to work on your project!

    Miserable experience on multiple levels. Almost a year later the work still isn't complete.

    They failed to complete the work as designed, and we've gone through several rounds of deficiency corrections. They failed to applied sealant in several areas, left wood unfinished, and didn't replace trim they removed.

    Stay away.
