  Remodel house

  I didn’t hire Chad, the seller did, but so far, he’s more than a month behind schedule, never contacted me, and when asked when he would finish, he told me to give him my color choices, then wanted to charge an extra $1500. And so far the job is going to take another 3 weeks. The job he started already looks, as my boyfriend said like crap! I wouldn’t recommend or hire him!

  Paint kitchen cabinets, fix and stain fence, fix stairs and replace rotted boards and stain to match

  My husband and I are extremely disappointed in the quality of work that was done by Chad. We hired him to paint cabinets, replace portion of our fence and stain entire fence, replace stairs and rotted boards on deck and stain to match rest of deck, in addition to fixing scratches on wood door. We hired him in March and due to a variety of issues, job didn’t get done until end of June. Quality of work was subpar at best. There were gnats on painted cupboards, they didn’t clean paint off floor in garage, they replaced two boards on deck instead of all rotted boards and we ended up having to stain deck ourselves to meet deadline for appraisal even though he was told what deadline was. He isn’t an honest broker. I made mistake of paying him in advance and he took advantage of it.
