Never use Phoenix Pools. DO NOT give this guy (Chris) a deposit for a pool. He never shows up and will not communicate with you. We gave him a deposit and two months later the permit had not been approved, after finally calling the building department, I found out that the permit had been denied 3 days after being submitted. I had to call Chris to tell him that it needed to be revised with basic issues that he should have known. After finally getting the permit approved, we scheduled a day to start and "of course" No-Show or N0-Call. Everything gets rescheduled for another day. If you decide to go with this pool company, your pool will never get done and you will have to live with your yard being destroyed while you "baby-sit" this guy!

After purchasing a house find Phoenix Pools supplied and installed all the pool equipments. From day one their variable speed pool pump was leaking and pool filter lid opening mechanism wasn't working right. Contacted the company, exchanged 7-8 text messages, more than 6 weeks passed and several excuses and promises, but nothing happened. Their installations should cover and backed up by their warranty, most of the responsible contractors working that way!!! As I said, MOST !!!! But sound like that isn't what Phoenix Pools was is representing? At list not in my pools case....
Hope you reading all the reviews before find someone who is standing behind their words, license and building a good reputations in our neighborhood!!!
