In the beginning things were fine, but when the work became subpar and lengthy (due to excuses), their patience, attitude, religious out look also changed. They never finished the finishing work of 3 projects. They also never honored work after it fell apart. I too, was given the excuses about Steve's mom, as well as other issues. They hide behind the bible (which they don't practice) If they did, people wouldn't complain about them. They would know how to treat thy neighbor! They play on the sympathies of kind people. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!

This company is amazing. We had a leak in our bathroom and Steve was extremely knowledgeable. I can see why he's been project manager for many tv shows. Anita was amazing so kind since I was so upset she gave me a hug many times and told me it will be ok. She was right. I will never hire anyone else for any of my home needs. They are amazing husband and wife team that live life with a great Christian faith. I can't say enough about them and their company

This contractor is not honest. He came into my house & did a few days of work but would not tell me how much It was costing me. I only wanted him to find the drip from bathroom upstairs to downstairs closet. He insisted on cutting hole in hallway ceiling (against my wishes) in addition to second hole in closet ceiling. His wife then came to my house & said "here is what you owe us for what has been done". Two things weren't done & she said "We have to answer to God so we will be back". After more than a week of calling them & leaving messages (with no return calls), I am still without the finished work for which I paid them. Their recording says "leave your name & number, we will get back to you, have a blessed day". Well, I am not having a blessed day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company - very dishonest & does unnecessary work.

Horrible! Steve Fraser, the guy who owns and operates this business is not to be trusted!
He was originally hired for an insurance claim, and while that was going on he was hired to do an additional job, of which he was paid $30,000 for upfront. When asked for receipts for what he ordered, he quit returning phone calls or made an excuse (said his mother was in the hospital, found out through a P.I. that wasn't true). Found out on Facebook he bought a big semi truck he was going turn into a camper the day after he cashed my check. It turned into every contractor nightmare imaginable. To make a long story short it ended up costing me $10,000 in lawyer fees to get my $30,000 back, leaving me 10,000 in the hole. And in case you are wondering, Yes this is the guy who had a TV show on A&E called Disaster guy. Needless to say, NO I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.
