    bathroom remodel

    PHX Construction is the absolutely worst -- we hired them in September 2020 and they to>ok 30% down and ran with the money and never called us...when we called them Tony A. gave us excuse after excuse! The job never got started and I do not believe it would have ever started.

    PHX Construction is operating on a "REVOKED" license -- stay far away from this group!!!!

    Hiring PHX Construction was one of the worst decisions we have ever made. We hired them in September 2019; it is now September 2020 and they still have not completed the project. They quoted us a 3 month timeline for our addition and kitchen remodel; we are going on 9 months since breaking ground. Project management is a joke, communication is incomprehensible (when it happens at all), and the work is full of problems. In the beginning of the project, they send Jim Scott to your home. He is very well organized and does a great job getting the concept drawn up. Once the work actually begins you deal with Tony Aispuro. Tony ignores deadlines, misleads about timing on work, and provides no guidance for the project. He went 3 months without visiting the site; day-to-day management fell to us, but mostly the work just didn’t happen. One year later, our kitchen is still not done, our new roof leaks, and there are over 30 items left to complete. DO NOT hire this company. They turned our dream of a new home into a nightmare.

    Construct an ADA compliant room for our disabled son.

    This contractor deserves -5 stars. The worst of the worst. Started out OK, but after 6 months, quality of workmanship was a nightmare. We filed a complaint and they failed to comply with ROC directives. We requested a hearing, and they failed to appear at the hearing. Their so-called attorney called after the hearing and tried to settle with us. But we already gave them too many chances to make things right. They just kept trying to collect more money without doing any more work. Be sure to do your homework first, don't believe anything their so-called "President" Tony A. or so called, "General Manager" Jim S. tells you. They took advantage of our quadriplegic son and elderly couple with 0 remorse!
