If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a a brand new home from this builder in April 2023, which in the state of North Dakota, includes a 1 year new home build warranty. It is now April 2025 and he has yet to come fix the list of things that were sent to him before that year was up. We have now have had to pay out of pocket to replace a whole wall and remove and reseal a window that was not sealed properly. As snow was melting and rain was falling it was flowing into the wall and through the top window into the bedroom causing black mold to form on the wood and drywall. We informed him that the room the problems were in belonged to our twin infant children before we knew of the mold and because of their negligence our children have suffered serious illness.
