Everything went according to plan until the installation of our cabinets. Minor issues , most of which were easily remedied were blown out of proportion creating unnecessary stress and ill will. The contractor didn’t want to take responsibility. Rodolfo and Susan played “the blame game” and were very unprofessional. Although Rodolfo is a talented designer I cannot recommend this business. Susan and Rodolfo left a very bad taste in our mouth.
Response from Picasso Custom Cabinets October 12, 2020This review is false, first and foremost my contract was for Custom Cabinets which we did, we went beyond and even did additional work at no cost, we built cabinets and removed because client did not like how it looked and decided she did and redid and reinstalled with no penalty to client but a lost for our company. This client had an issue with their counter top by another contract who yes was referred by us, there was an issue and I, because of referral tried to mediate between client and contractor, the client was not willing to sign agreement for repair and contractor advised due to his protection, he no longer wanted to negotiate so I advised the client, now because they have no way to hurt the contractor for their countertop they are shaming and defaming my company. I have proof in writing to where this proves my work was not the issue in anyway, in the event you doubt the quality of my work for you and your home I would be more than happy to provide. I'm only sorry Barbara you felt you had to go this route.
