    Remove tree root snd apply top coat to driveway.

    This was my first experience getting a quote to apply a top coat to my 40 year old asphalt driveway and it looks as good as a brand new driveway. The price was very reasonable and the installation was quick. The workers were very informative during the process snd I would not hesitate to recommend Picasso Paving to anyone who needs asphalt repair and resurfacing.

    We hired Lonnie to replace our old and huge driveway, and he and his crew did an outstanding job.

    They all showed up very early in the morning and worked on our driveway non-stop for 12 hours. Not only they are extremely professional, but they are also detail oriented and perfection driven. For example, the crew improved the access to the house by sloping the asphalt right before the stairs removing a tripping hazard. The best part, is that I didn't even notice how dangerous it was until they fixed for us. Absolutely amazing.

    They checked every inch to ensure the driveway was perfect, and after their hard work, I can say it finally is. I still can't believe the difference it makes to the house's curb appeal.

    I will recommend their services to all my friends and neighbors.

    Picasso Paving was great but I have a comment for you! You changed what I had written. My city you changed from Brier to Lynnwood making it hard for Picasso to find me. Then you said they could text me but the phone number I listed does not accept text. You owe Picasso an apology for the delay and extra time spent to reach me! I would like a response from you to see if you are going to make any changes in this way of respecting potential customers and the businesses.
