Contracted for a very small pool and turf. Down payment in July 2023. They started in October 2023, supposed to be an 8 week project. It's September 2024 and I am still having to fight for a quality outcome. They were paid in full upon first plaster in January. 1 leak, 3 plasters, 1 bad bond coat, uneven by 2 inches, messed up coping, turf issues, ruined access to yard, 100 promises unkept, still trying to get a quality output. It's the night before I'm leaving for vacation and here I am again, emptying a pool, cleaning it and refilling before I leaver because they didn't show to replaster for the 4th time 2 weeks ago when scheduled.
