Thieves! We had worked with Andrew before and he was quick to come out and bid our job. He requested a $1,200 deposit to start work within 3 weeks - start date came and went. Andrew kept pushing back the date (for a month) until we had to cancel because our job wouldn't be done by when we needed. Andrew indicated he would refund the $1,200, but it has been almost 3 months and he has not refunded the deposit and he is no longer responding to our texts or calls.
