    Worst Experience. I had hired Mark in Feb 2018 to do our backyard. He started off great until he started to not show up on the days he said he would. He then stop getting in touch with us. Left on his list was to install a grill, fridge, sink, staining of the concrete and fire pit all left undone. He has left us with a unfinished backyard and 20,0000+ paid. Please know he will take you money and not finish the JOB. I have come to find out he has done this to multiple people. AGAIN DO NOT HIRE. I also have pictures of all the work undown and materials left here by mark.

    I had him do a full pool build and back patio poor and couldn’t be more happy with how it came out. He started on aug 18 and was done on Halloween while bouncing from my job to others. He does top notch work and the people above just be confused. I never had one bad experience and I paid him in full in 3 separate draws. I think he has great communication skills and goes the extra mile to make you happy and treats your job as if he was at his house. Thanks mark for an amazing experience and an even more amazing grotto style pool.

    We started out with him and a straight forward bid, whenever we (the homeowners) changed something we set things back and added time to the project but he always was patient, explained options and did whatever he could to help direct us. Mark was always fair and we are happy with his pool / spa product even over a year later... pool 22 x 40, spa 7 x7 and 2 fire water bowl with bubbler feature and awesome upgraded lights, love the pool and the added patio Glenn / retaining wall!

    It has been a year since Mark has built my pool. As far as I can see, we have no issues and are quite happy with the results. He was upfront and honest with the time frame, materials, and drop dates. He treated us like family and was always there to answer our questions. We receive quality work and great customer service. I have read the posts above, this is not the company that built our pool. Our pool was built and constructed to our expectations. I will definitely use them again in the future. William H.

    I had him install my awning 3 years ago & now it is swaying. I’m going to have to have it removed & reinstalled by a different company. Not only did he screw me on my pool he screwed me on this!!!

    We had and are having a horrible experience with him. Like the last review I have pictures of improperly done work and after letting him go and getting quotes from others to finish our job they have pointed out so much more:/ He was very rarely on the job. If so only on his phone is not present. Lied about materiels for the job. Didn't keep to his timeline. No showed us frequently. Wasn't prompt about responding to us when we had questions only communicated when it was convenient for him or he wanted something. Always excuses and reasons for all his short comings. Blames everyone else. We are very upset with him and his services.

    This contractor is working illegally under his fathers license! His father is 79 years old and according to the license sole owner of the company with no employees! His son Mark is using his license illegally! I am in the process of handling rigid with the CSLB & the bond company!

    He is working with his fathers contract license! He is not a licensed contractor! Michael Mark is the one who is licensed & bonded! He is 70 years old according to the CSLB! I have pictures of the work he has done improperly! His son Mark is using his license illegally! Anyone who hired him he is not licensed! Beware!
