Pickering Family Homes is an honest, upfront builder. Any questions I've had throughout the building process have been answered quickly and completely. The craftsmanship is outstanding and a level above other builders in the area for the price. I'm so glad I built with them.

We've been in our home two years now and love it! We haven't had any issues aside from a minor interior door adjustment which Pickerings took care of. They did an excellent job designing what we wanted, working with my wife and I throughout the build, and delivered a beautiful home! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality builder!

Both we and friends who have had homes built by Pickering have had multiple problems, with no follow up or returned calls. Leaky roof and other very shoddy workmanship. Not recommended.
