We hired Bobby to apply Epoxy over our existing countertops. In the end the tops of the counters turned out good. But the edges of the counters had drip marks because he didn't come back and finish the job. We have epoxy drips in our cabinet where the sink goes, as well as drips down 2 walls, epoxy on the floor and the island was so messed up with drips we had to replace it. We communicated through text. I sent him pictures of the drips and his words were ( epoxy marks that needed to be flattened when it was being torched for bubbles. I should have come last night and did a once over on the countertops) He needed to come remove the Popsicle sticks as well that he had as a barrier by the window and he never did that. The last text I got from him was asking how things were and I told him that there are drips under the counter. I have never heard from him again. I have pictures to prove his mistakes. I submitted a claim with LNI and he responded with lies. So I spent $2600 on what he did and another $600 on putting in Butcher Block to replace the island. Very disappointing.
