We live in the Avondale subdivision in Indian Land , SC. Our house is only 3 years old (was new construction when we moved in) and already has experienced a significant leak from our upstairs master shower all the way into our first floor kitchen ceiling. We have gotten two restoration companies and a plumbing company out for inspection, and all 3 said the shower pan/liner were installed incorrectly .
I have reached out multiple times to the owner of this company, Christopher Johnson, and he refuses to call me back. We are going through homeowners insurance , as Piedmont only offers a 1 year warranty (probably due to the fact their installs are so poorly done). Some sort of partial compensation towards this fix would go along ways, but apparently the owner and the company knows how poorly they operate and install showers and baths, and want to stay far away from this
I would HIGHLY recommend not using this company, as they do not stand behind their work or their craftsmanship .
