STAY AWAY !!! Stopped in to purchase poles and supports for my dock. Asked if the pricing on website was correct and girl told me "NO" it was being updated. Asked for pricing on a number of pieces. I was very specific in my description, but she had a difficult time calculating it on her tablet. She said she was having a "rough" day. Asked about used pieces, and she took me to look at them. I was literally a pile of crap, bent, rusty, garbage. I asked to see the new parts. Poles and cross members did not have holes in the ends. I needed holes drilled and she said that would be extra. Pricing was double for same parts at another place close by. I just turned around and left. Went to the other place and everything was pre-assembled and ready to go. Plus I was able to use my credit card with no fee/ upcharge. The girl at Pier perfections said they charge a 2.5% fee for credit card charges. I had everything in 10 minutes. STAY AWAY!

Very professional. Got our pier in before Memorial Day. A piece on our jet ski lift broke and they came to fix it that same day it broke. Would highly recommend this company.
