We had Pierce do a job for us a few years ago. They did a great job and worked very efficiently. We recently had 2 small bathrooms remodeled and it took them about 7 weeks to complete. The men who did the work did a great job, but the management of the team was awful. The manager did not have the ability to schedule the sub contractors in a timely fashion. On several occasions I would be told that the manager was coming by and then be told when I called that they couldn't make it. He would argue with me about things that he needed to do. The owner of the company has moved away and is in Tyler. I signed a contract with him and was never told that he would not be overseeing the remodel. My suggestion is if you are going to use them get a completion date in writing. For what we had done, we could have hired our own workers and had the work completed in half the time. They also refused to do a final walk through and we have found several little issues since the completion of the work. I won't be using them again! I'm disappointed because the workers truly do a good job, just poorly managed.
