Wired my new construction house. He was given a detailed blueprint and didn't follow it. the communication was not great. I have switches in the house that do nothing. BP called for occupency lights in 4 areas of the house. Refused to put them in. All bathrooms connected on same circuit. and GFI breaker in basement... I guess all the girls in the house have to coordinate when they can blow dry/straighten hair etc. All lights in basement and outlets on same 15 amp... cheap in my opinion. Would not dedicate time for a walk through to discuss options. Don't return texts. Safe your money. They took the money and quit. Won't return to the house.
