What a great experience with Pierson Mechanical. They were on time and had our furnace running in a few minutes. He explained what the problem had been. Very efficient, friendly and professional. I would recommend them.

Yes, we would recommend Pierson Mechanical. First off, communication is good from the front office. What's more, they keep their appointments, show up on time and do a satisfactory job. The experience has been good since working with them beginning in 2018. Can't say there's much more that can be expected from them or any company for that matter.

Contractor hired through home Warrenty company for water heater replacement. Completion of install interrupted due to Covid lockdown. When contractor came back to complete job I asked if a permit was pulled. He said he did not see the point of spending $$ on something that was not necessary. There was also a question re: proper venting of the water heater, and resolved by another contractor (family friend). Checked with city of Santa Rosa permit department today, 9/17/20 and a permit has not been pulled to date. Would not recommend Fidelity Home Warrenty or Pierson Mechanical.

Simply put, we were without heat in stormy, wet, January weather and Craton made sure he got the HVAC up and running immediately. They genuinely care about their customers. HIGHLY recommend Pierson Mechanical.
