Really, save yourself the headache and go someplace else. A bathroom remodel was completed by them on a house that my husband and I purchased in 2012. In less than a year, the handle on our new tub fell off and a leak showed up in the spot that prompted the remodel in the first place. I took down the ceiling panel in the basement to inspect the leak only to find a hack job of the new subfloor. Did I mention that when we moved in, the new floor was so uneven that we had to sand the bathroom door so it would close? I contacted Green mountain heating and plumbing and asked them to take a look at the leak and asked about warranty information to fix the tub. After blowing me off several times ("call me tonight", "call me tomorrow", or just not picking up), he finally got back to me nearly a week later with very vague warranty information. He only called me back once after I had called 5 or 6 times over the course of a month. He once again blew me off when it came to looking at the leak. It has been over a month and I have not heard back from him about looking at the leak. It looks like I will have to call in a real professional to fix the botched job.

My husband and I bought a home that Allen had worked on for the plumbing. We had an issue and Allen said he would get back to us on the warranty. After a month of being ignored (we can see that he reads our texts), we have decided to work with someone else. It’s a shame, very unprofessional on his behalf. Save yourself the headache and work with someone else.
