Pike Real Estate has been very helpful with my needs. They have a 1 year builder warranty which covers absolutely everything! They really strive to keep happy customers and are good people. I had a few minor things wrong with my home before the year was up and they quickly came to correct any problems I had - even small things like popped up nails on my porch. They made sure my home was in the best shape before I moved in, which was very helpful. They also helped me with knowing fence vendors and they were helpful with blind installation. I would recommend this company over any other builder by a long shot. I purchased a 300k home in 2018 from them. Thanks

We bought into a pocket neighborhood about 2 years ago. David and Ken were the developers. They never followed the HOA rules and guidelines for the development, giving "verbal" okays, instead of written, to most everyone without even seeing any plans. We have 1 neighbor that simply will not comply to the HOA regulations in any way and finger up to her neighbors. Our HOA was turned over to the owners late and bankrupt. The quality of their craftsmanship in the home is poor. We've had to replace so many things, such as all the cheap lights they put in the halls, etc, because they pulled all the insolation out at installation, and our electrician said they were a fire hazard now. The appliances were the CHEAPEST they could put in and they wouldn't trade anything out even before we moved in. It cost us $7,000 dollars to put in three new appliances. They never did the final termite treatment. We had a severe infestation of ants. We've already had to replace both toilets because the ones they installed were so poor in quality that they stopped up constantly. Once, they were both stopped up at the same time and we had to pay emergency prices to a plumber because we couldn't get them unstopped. The bathrooms are cheap, cheap, cheap and the design is poor. Both toilets are the first thing you see from the doorways. The garbage disposal was on a national recall list. The deck was tiny (10' X 16') and completely enclosed by a "privacy" fence. Cost over $6,000 to have that fixed. And this was advertised as a "luxury" home at $430,000. They get NO stars from us.

I would not recommend this contractor to anyone. They cut corners and take the cheapest route possible compromising qualitity. We recently bought a new construction home from them that had a known issue found during due diligence included in our contract to be fixed which they claim they did and it’s now a problem again and they are doing nothing about it, dodging phone calls and we’re still within the home warranty and having to go to litigation. So if you want a new construction home complete with problems that will land you with a big bill to fix for their poor work buy from them!

We honestly couldn’t asked for more out of our builders as of yet. They have been friendly and attentive. As previously mentioned, the one year warranty is a great assurance! This home is built well, and my home inspector took time to point out different places corners were not cut...thought that should be pointed out as someone previously mentioned issues regarding quality. HOA hasn’t been established yet but workers have been attentive regarding issues. So far so good!
