Initially things looked good but on closer examination, things were not as they should have been. Unfortunately, the contractor did not complete the project as detailed in plans AND did not come back to do any repairs of things that started falling apart almost immediately. Electrical and wifi outlets were not installed where agreed upon in the plans. The paint job on the walls was sloppily done - very patchy with actual drips down the walls and onto baseboards and the floor. One wall bubbled within one month and despite multiple calls to the contractor, he came to look at but never came to repair the issue. My complaints of smelling mold were downplayed and ignored. Drywall screws are popping out, not holding the plasterboard properly. The enamel floor is peeling and chipping (and did so within 6 months of installation), leaving holes and cracks behind. The contractor also said I was given a discount but after review with several other contractors, I find that I was actually overcharged! Materials that were supposed to be used were not but those of lesser quality were substituted. Overall, am not happy with the outcome of this and have had to hire others to make the necessary changes. Lastly, the bubbling wall was completely covered with mold and had to have special attention to remove the mold and get it painted properly.
