I hired Pilchuck Roofing to replace the original tar roof of 35 years with asphault shingle roofing. I got to choose the color. He also replaced a couple pieces of rotten plywood, cut the rot off of the 2 x 4's that hung down the eve, and fixed the ficade above front porch and also got me a good deal on new gutters. They were fast, efficient, and didn't leave any mess. They didn't damage my property or my flower gardens. Randy, the owner, underbid 6 others from $2000 to $4000 or more. My loan guy, who had to approve the company I chose, couldn't believe the price I got. He said he has never seen anyone get a better deal. He hooked me up with new gutters, too, at a very reasonable price.
