DO NOT HIRE PILLER POOL DESIGN, INC…He will come right a way to give you a quote and take your down payment 07/23/2021 end of story. He will never contact you and when he finally decides to-reply to a call or a text message he will give you nothing but excuse’s. I have requested a refund on my down payment and as of 08/24/2022 I still have not received it. I am taking legal action now. So unless you want a headache from the poor excuse of a man stay far away from this devil. On back of his business card he has “Deuteronomy 2:7 The Lord your God has blessed you in all work of your hands.” Andy you have to actually work and not steal for the Lord to bless you.

This kid has the worst work Ethics I have ever seen never shows up to the job site when he says so job is so far behind. I wouldn't recommend these people for anything.

On August 25, 2021 I hired PILLER POOLS to install a ladder in my inground pool. The 3 step ladder was incorrect size for my pool. Now 5 months later I still cannot enter my pool. If he install a correct 5 step ladder in the first place I would would have enjoyed the pool since August 25, 2021. I now demand my $ 1200.00 back.

I wouldn't recommend for anything. Ever. We had a pool, deck, and screen installed by Andy. Outside of the usual schedule overrun, we've have the following problems:
* The pool floor is stained with footprints from the workers spreading the finish. Over a year of chemicals, brushing, etc. they're still there
* When pouring the concrete, it was sprayed all over the back of the house, splatter marks everywhere. Andy promised to have someone re-paint the back (its a new house and we still had the paint) but after repeated tries, no one ever showed up.
* We have cracks everywhere in the deck. Andy put maybe a 1/3rd of the needed relief cuts in the concrete. We're going to have to pay to refinish it soon.
* The draining on the deck is bad, we constantly have water sitting in corners of the screen causing stains.
* There are screws constantly falling out of the screen enclosure
* There are holes in the corners of the screen sections where they weren't cut long enough.

Inground pool was started 4/2019 and as of today 8/2020 it has still not been completed. Andy Piller after taking your money will have every excuse as to why a 10 week project has now taken over 16 months and is still not done. IAt present I have a $39,000 mosquito breeding ground in my backyard. Do yourself a favor and do not hire them for anything and I would recommend that you ask the person you do hire if Andy Piller works for them and if he does I would recommend you use someone else.

Our pool is awesome. Andy and his crew did a fantastic job. Price was very competitive. We looked at fiberglass and decided on poured and pavers. Good choice and the price was so much better from Andy and even for a even larger pool. Andy built ours before during and after Irma when material and work was hard to get. Yet he came through for us and we would recommend him to anyone wanting a pool and lanai to enjoy for a lifetime. Tom Meisenheimer, Lake Placid, Fl.

Andy produced a beautiful pool for my home in Sebring. He gave me good advice on sizing of pool and lanai and has had the patience of Job in continuing to answer my questions and stop by the house if I'm not sure how to operate any of the equipment. Like any other contractor, there were glitches, but Andy quickly got on them and remedied the situation. His price was competitive and hjis crew members were always polite and respectful and I really appreciated it. I'm sure his business will continue to grow.

Andy and his crew were excellent to work with! From the planning stages to completion, all questions were answered and any issues were addressed and resolved CORRECTLY! The knowledge of design and products behind Andy and his team is reassuring. We are extremely happy with our beautiful pool and deck! Choose Andy...you won't be sorry!

Using Piller Pool was the worst choice I ever made. From letting his man drink on the job & goofing up the pour to using motor mix to build up the beam more than 3 inches in places to a 3 inch low spot in the sun deck which was filled with sackcrete to laying the pavers with 2 inches of fall in 2 feet to ordering a natural gas heater instead of propane then blaming the homeowner along with not ordering all the equipment for a salt pool then trying to extort more money from the homeowner. Andy should have his CPC license taken away. BEWARE of Andy (Robert) Piller, he will cut corners when you are not looking!

Andy Piller and his employees were very professional and knowledgeable as they built our pool. They did a great job and it was completed by the date that was promised. We love our new pool and would recommend Piller Pool Design to anyone who is thinking about getting a pool. Great job Andy!!!!!!!
