Code violation. Our basement flooded due to a heavy rain fall. When we were putting our basement bathroom back together, the plumber we hired discovered that the toilet was not installed according to code. It was never bolted to the floor and could have been turned from side to side or ever worse tipped over as it was installed. I would not hire Jeff for any plumbing needs.
