    Terrible company. The workers are incompetent and the warranty is never followed through with. Read the warranty very carefully; you will see that they are able to get out of covering any work if you do so. Foundation work failed after 6 months.

    Apparently showed up and saw there was a painter and left without even let me know he had arrived. Wasted 3 hours of my day and was extremely rude. Secretary was also rude and incompetent.

    Pinam Construction did everything they said they would do in a timely fashion and I'm totally satisfied with their work on my home. The entire team was both friendly and professional, clearly explaining the work needing to be done, and completing it as agreed. I highly recommend them!
