We had Hosea with Pine Enterprises come out to do work in Jan, 2019. Our yard had flooded due to the line on this side of our property had a leak. First we had the city come out and they determined it was on our side of the water line. We called Pine Enterprises out with Hosea fixing the issue. He said he would replace the line with copper and while it would cost more, it would be fixed for years to come. Two years later, I have the same leak. We called the city out and confirmed it was on our side of the meter and had Hosea from Pine Enterprises look at it as well. Hosea told me that they only had a warranty on their work for one year but he would see if he could do the work for free. He went back to his management and they said they would not honor the work because it was over a year but they would give me $100 off. Really, that was unacceptable to me. Not only that, when I asked to speak to a supervisor Hosea said there was no one to speak too. He collected my check and didn't leave me an invoice. He said they would send me one in the mail later. I am really disappointed that they did not stand behind their work. I will never use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone. Hosea did say I was lucky that he went ahead and offered to do the work because he was not obligated to do even that. He could have just not shown up. WOW! You decide.
