Was able to move in as promised, but VERY disappointed in every aspect. For starters:
1. Cabinetry handles ordered throughout entire house was black, silver came installed. They did replace after a month but was forced to install the correct ones myself.
2. Tiling was not what I ordered, so they decided upon themselves what was to be installed without consulting me.
3. Fire wall in garage looked like a 10 yr old finger painted it. It has cracks all over it so it is a fire hazard. Was forced to sand the entire wall and fix drywall cracks.
4. Drywall pops throughout entire house, and was promised someone would be back to fix them. Never did, so I had to fix them myself.
5. Carpet in living room and main bedroom had to 've replaced due to their drywaller smearing drywall into the carpet. WS finally replaced months later.
6. Cabinet kitchen door. I had an accident and broke a cabinet door. I paid to have one replaced and was sent the wrong color. Called back and was sent another wrong color. Inquired again, but never heard back from anyone. So it now looks like a sore thumb.Not impressed with many empty promises.

I would NEVER recommend this company.
The customer service rep RODNEY is DISGUSTING! Very IMPATIENT, NASTY and INCONSIDERATE. I bought my home with tons of upgrades and some things needed to be changed.
RODNEY was no help and acted as if I built the home and he had nothing to do with anything regarding the house.
Tried my very best to explain what was wrong with the house and he raised his voice to me. He's going on telling me how long he's worked for Pine Grove, who cares!
It seems he doesn't like working there or
he needs to get out of customer service.
