Joe Michael Rybka, Jr.
Joe is a nice guy, but that's where the good ends. I don't know if he is just inexperienced or just an incompetent contractor. We hired Joe to do a remodel on a 1000sqft home and it quickly became a disaster. So bad, we wished we had never started the project. He told us in the beginning he had a crew that worked for him, turns out, he did not. When a sub contractor was needed, electrician, plumber, etc., he had to ask around and find someone to do the job, even asking us if we knew a plumber. This caused months of delays. My wife gave very specific instructions for certain things and they were completely ignored, and he appeared to do the exact opposite of her request. I could go on and on, but all I will say, I DO NOT recommend Joe Rybka with Pine Hill Real Property Group LLC for any remodeling projects.
