Pine Ridge Services

My yard was missed a few times and I would have to call or there were patches that were never mowed. My grandson could do a better job. Will never use again

I have used the Pin Ridge Services fo several years for the grass maintance and snow removal.
I was satisfied with theses services and I asked Jon, the owner, if he can take on the job of straightening out my sunken pavers and cleaning up the grid and weeds between the pavers. We agreed on the price and he accepted the job. Since the property is a weekend house, and I am not there frequently, I asked Jon for pics upon the job completion. He sent the pics of “completed work”, but unfortunately, the work was not completed and the weeds were growing out from between the pavers. Jon demended the payment for the uncompleted work, and when I refused he became angry and unprofessional. He sent his crew back to “finish”the job but again, it was not completed to my satisfaction and the weeds between the pavers were longer than ever. I decided to send Jon the check with the stipulation that I will not use his services again. My experience with Jon is that he has a quick temper and does not stand behind his word. There are so many other landscaping and snow removal services in the area. I will gladly go with them.

Jon, the owner, operates a hardworking crew. I used Pine Ridge Services for tree removal and was happy with the pricing. The crew is knowledgeable and friendly. I plan to use them again for hardscaping.
