    This rating is based on our experience with Domain Custom Homes. This review relates to the new home purchased and moved into in April 2019.
    [NAW= Noticed after walkthrough]

    Pros:
    * Interior Design
    * Exterior Design

    Cons:
    * Floor System (when walked on, annoying pops/noises throughout main and second floors have progressively worsen since April 2019. Attempts by the builder to quiet the floor system sounds have failed.)
    * Extensive punch list post-closing. It took several months to complete.
    * One of the double front doors is split at the top. (NAW)
    * When closing the front door, the wall vibrates.
    * Sounds readily travels throughout the house. Washing machine operating on the second floor is heard in the basement.
    * Entire shelf missing in kitchen cabinet. Reported several times. Never remedied. (NAW)
    * Holes around electrical fixtures that aren’t entirely covered by fixture plates. (NAW)
    * Hole in hardwood floor behind toilet too large for toilet bottom to cover. (NAW)
    * Ceiling fan on porch inoperative via remote control. Fan was replaced by contractor.
    * External AC compressors incorrectly installed. After persistent efforts, eventually successful in getting HVAC contractor to correct. (NAW)
    * Both external security lights had to be replaced within a year.
    * Trash, surplus materials left in the garage.
    * Overall, getting a satisfactory response from builder to complaints/issues has taken repeated effort.
