Pineiro Contracting & Property Management Services INC, Has grown as a business and has added a lot of services to our company that we now offer our customers. Some of these services we had previously; offered limited access too, or had subbed out to other trusted contractors. We are traditionally a small-town construction company and continue to hold that close small-town mentality. Taking pride in our relationships with our customers, and the high-quality craftsmanship of our work. We offer a wide array of quality services, covering all of your residential, commercial, and industrial needs. We were generally a construction company when we started out, since then we have grown to cover many different aspects of our field. We have went through many changes as a company, from a sole proprietor to incorporating. We also now offer various property management services, to help our clients manage their rental properties, and increased the profit margins of all their properties. Some of the services we provide for example are, and not limited to; New Residential Construction, Residential Renovations, Commercial Construction/Renovations, Demolition/Waste Removal, Property Management, and Rental Management Services. Some of the General Construction services we offer are, custom kitchen layouts, custom-built cabinets, and a large variety, of countertop materials. We have several distributors that we deal directly with, allowing us to provide great discounts off many name brand material companies. Which allows us to pass those saving to our customers, and providing competitive pricing in the market. and Bathroom Designs. Garages, Pole Barns, Patios, and Decks. Various Types of Roofing, and Other Exterior Finishes. There is no Project too small, or Too Large for our staff, and with our company being at heart a General Contractor, we are able to take on large scale projects. Which we would then sub them out to other Contractors that have been heavily vetted through our human relations department. All our employees are highly trained In their specific trades, also all our employees are trained from their first day to skill share with all their co-workers, which allows all our employees to not only gain in their knowledge, and improve their trade skills. But gives them the incentive to strive to do their best, knowing that with each new skill set achieved, they are in a position to grow within our company, and advance in their career.
