By Bill Z.August 22, 2022add lights and power to garage/ add bath fans$3,000
Spent 2600$ for a job and they are not warrantying it and the work was done only 3 months ago. In fact, the owner has ghosted me. It' s been over 2 weeks since i notified him of the defect. Also, had another job with them before the 1st job above had issues, and they improperly installed bathroom exhaust fan ductwork. He ghosted me then over that and I reported him to the NCEEB who got me a refund so that I can get someone else to finish the install. His excuse to the inspector was that he was too busy to respond to my text. This is 2022, it takes 2 seconds to respond. There are other electricians in the area that are more professional IMHO.

BEWARE... I Hired Steve to wire my new construction and all went well until remaining work outlined in our contract exceeded the remaining contract dollars. At that point, Steve just exited, leaving hot wires in my walls, circuits that did not work, Range 220V circuit missing, numerous fixtures uninstalled. Yes there is more...but I will leave it at that. This point blank was a trades-person who could care less about his work/client and simply has zero integrity in my opinion
