  repair water damage

  WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! If you got a simple paint job,maybe. Had water damage,needed new carpeting in living room,bedroom,new flooring and bottom cabinets in kitchen. 5 months of no communication,no scheduling. Work is subpar,carpet and vinyl plank flooring installation was terrible,could have done better myself. Not one cabinet in kitchen was cut to right size,resulting in bottom cabinets being shifted to left of upper cabinets. They didn't care if they didn't center cabinets. Kitchen sink not centered with kitchen window,lost my mountain views. Couldn't even get Island countertop right,4 inches overhang on outlet side,have to squat down to plag anything in,3 finches overhang on drawer side,hard to get into drawers whn when pulled all the way open.Told Sergio needed at least countertop to be replaced so sink would be centered with window,he just laughed and hung up on me,and haven't heard from them since. Will have to have another company come out to fix over 50% of their work to get the value I had in house before they did their "restoration work".

  I used Pink Restoration for my kitchen repair/upgrade after I had water damage. I was absolutely pleased with the end product and communication throughout the project. When there was a delay I was always kept in the loop the reason for the delay. When there was any issues, I was immediately notified. My kitchen looks BEAUTIFUL! Thank you to Sergio and his team! :-)

  Absolute disaster! I used this company for my kitchen which I was pleased with however after we had storm damage back on 7/20/21 to our living room ceiling they came and literally made a hole in my ceiling and left fans running for over 2 weeks and were more interested in how much our check was going to be from our homeowners insurance! I believe that is so unprofessional and the mere fact that they didn't tell me they didn't have a roofer to come and check my issue or even be honest in telling me they couldn't do the work! They came and cut a hole in my ceiling and charged my husband an I over $2264.11 for the MITIAGTION FEES that were the trash job they did on my ceiling as explained earlier! Not only did they LIE about the work they were SUPPOSE TO DO they had the NO PROBELM PROVING HOW UNPROFESSIONAL they are but they are NOT TO BE TRUSTED! They even told me they were upset that my husband placed a bad review on here regarding our work we had one in our kitchen a few months back as they never supplied us with warranty paperwork on ANY OF THE WORK THEY DID BACK IN JANUARY on my kitchen! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!! CARLOS THE OWNER IS GARBAGE!!!! HE IS ONLY INTERESTED IN THE MONEY CLEARLY!!!!!!
