    Worst Builder. Roy one of the principals is nice, but his partner Darren is inept. No attention to detail and they does not watch the subs or inspect their work. Darren doesn't know how to read plans, do math or how to solve problems, - all key things needed in building large homes. He worked on our home for over a year and did not know basic details. He hired his son for onsite supervision who knew nothing and did not oversee anything and spent 90% of the time sitting inside the trailer. It costs us lots of money to fix their errors. DO NOT HIRE DARREN BRADBURY OR HIS SONS - you will pay the price.
