Bad service. Horrible communication. Worst electrician I’ve ever dealt with.
Had some wiring go out and cause some outages in two of the rooms in our home. Called our home warranty who assigned Pinnacle to the job. Called them and scheduled an appointment for Friday 1/17/2025 from 3-4pm. Contractor didn’t call until 5:12pm stating they were 45 minutes away. They didn’t show up until around 7pm at which they came looked at the breakers and the outlet were there for a total of 10mins before they said they needed to come back the next day to figure out the issue. Saturday 1/18/2025 they call me at 10am saying they’re on the way and we waited for them and when the Owner Ruben showed up he did the same test as the guy that came the night before and asked what the issue was. We explained the same thing that we had already said to the last guy that was there for all of 10minutes. He proceeds to tell us he doesn’t have the tools necessary to perform the testing and needs to go to Home Depot to buy the tool. 1 hour later he send us a message stating Home Depot doesn’t have the necessary tools and he has to come back Tuesday. (Monday was a holiday.) never provided a diagnosis wasted two days just to bill extra to the warranty. Tuesday shows up we don’t hear anything until 12pm to see if we’re home. (At this point I had already called someone else who fixed it on Saturday within an hour of them leaving.) I told Ruben we already got the problems fixed. To which he responded if he had left a bag of tools in my property. (What trained contractor forgets where they leave their tools.) He didn’t care about our problem horrible communication and when he came to pick up his tools he asked what was the problem to which I explained it was due to bad wiring that could’ve been fixed in a day but since he was more worried about billing extra to the warranty he didn’t even care to diagnose. He ended up writing a report to my home warranty saying nothing was wrong when in reality I have the invoice of the real contractor I had to call to fix the problem Pinnacle failed to solve in two days.
Highly recommend not booking them. Will be filling a complaint with the contractors state licensing board for negligence.
